Several factors are considered before we clean any items. The degree of contamination and the space available will determine if we clean the items on location or if we transport them to our facility. Proper restoration and care are our primary concerns regarding your belongings. Often, we must transport contaminated items to prevent cross-contamination or further damage. Keep in mind that not every possession can be cleaned or restored. We will notify you of any unsalvageable items before we start the job. It can be devastating to learn that an heirloom item is unsalvageable. Your team with Super Restoration understands this can be painful and will only work on items they know they can restore.
Our highly trained service professionals carefully identify the items that must be cleaned and restored. All contents are photographed, inventoried and carefully packaged for transport. We prioritize what must be cleaned first and work accordingly. For your possessions to be thoroughly cleaned and appropriately restored we take our time to get it right. Upon completion, your items are carefully repackaged and transported back to your property and reinstalled where they originally were.

Our pack out process provides peace of mind as though you had packed your belongings yourself. Each item is inventoried, photographed and protected for shipping. Highly trained service professionals with Super Restoration use a special packaging and shipping process that prevents cross-contamination of items.
Our certified cleaning technicians document the restoration of your items each step of the way. They submit progress reports and pictures of the process to your online client file so that you can see them anytime. Your dedicated project coordination is accessible to you if any questions or concerns arise.
Upon completion of your restoration project, your items are carefully repackaged and returned to you. The Super Restoration team will place your belongings and content where it was previously unless otherwise specified by you. Our goal is to help you get your life back to the pre-emergency state.
